one of my friends, dlan hammon, just dislocated his knkee cap about 15 mins. ago and was bein taken to the hostpital. and it made my mom emotional caz that same thing happened to here at that same age

mydad's i korea now. he's been there for 3 days. he left sunday at 8 in the morning at got there at 6 in the morning the next day. he has body guards too. sweet

thats cuz in korea i dont think its illegal to kill someone. its either that or you can kill someone if u pay 1,000

i just talked to him for the first time since he left in e-mail. this is what he said:

Culture is very different out here. Allthough there is a Mc Donalds in
Seoul, there is not much western food. The places we have eaten have a few
things like lamb chops and spagetti. I heard the spagetti tastes odd but the
lamb is very good. I have been eating as much Korean food as possible
though. I haven't seen the really, really strange things yet but there is a
lot of raw fish and other seafood. The best thing I have found is plum punch
and cinnimon punch. Breakfast has been pretty light because I haven't found
an egg yet. Guess I should have had an egg Mc muffin at the train station in
Seoul.

It is early Wednesday Morning out hear and things are going pretty slow. We
have had some contractual issues so far but we aggreed to move on and
resolve them later so we don't waste the trip. I am dealing with only
executives at this point. Hopefully we'll get more done if we get some lower
level people who have a clue.

The town of Gumi is a little like downtown Long Beach and a lot like
downtown Chicago- without the crime. We have no fear of walking around the
streets at nignt. It's just too friggen cold. Traffic and drivers are
horrible. Seems like rule don't apply to busses and taxis. They have a
speacial marking on the road that means "you can hang a U-turn in the middle
of a street or hiway as long as you don't kill anybody. Appearantly, the
cars are very durable out here. Most are Hyundai small cars we see in the
states but the commercial truck are all very strange looking.
