no. you need meat. caz it's high in protein and veggies have almost no protein.

my brothers friend has been a veggitarian since she was like 5 and sshes alive and healthy you dont need meat

he's rite rusty u can find protein in other foods plus there are supplements and now i kno to steer clear of veel
